Ordering and Delivery

6. How much do you charge for delivery?

To keep it simple we have flat rate shipping of $10 + GST standard and $16 + GST Rural. Please select the correct shipping for your delivery address at checkout.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Where possible we try to ship same day for orders received before lunchtime. Most customers will receive their order with 7-10 days. If you have an urgent order please contact us in advance so we can give you an accurate delivery time.

8. Can you ship to a PO BOX address?

No, sorry, we will need a physical street address.

9. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within New Zealand.

10. Do you provide tracking details?

All orders are shipped by courier. If you receive an email stating that your order is complete and you have not received tracking information please send us an email to request it.

11. I’m using other services within Manage Group, can I pay by invoice?

As a valued Manage Group customer we will get you set up with a shop account swiftly. Please email us sa***@**************co.nz and mention that you are working with one of our other companies or speak directly to your current contact.

We accept bank transfers and all major debit/credit cards, and invoicing for approved business accounts. Please select your payment method at checkout. If you choose to pay by bank transfer and you do not hold a business account with us we will hold your order until money is received in our account.
